- (1) Records required by the Act to be made available locally to the public shall beretained at the geographically closest office of the State Regulatory Authority having jurisdiction over the area involved.
- (2) Other records or documents in the possession of the State Regulatory Authority maybe requested at the headquarters of the State Regulatory Authority.
