It is the policy of the Board of Social Work Examiners that no person shall ever be excluded from licensure or certification, participation in, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination under any program, activity, employment, or service administered by the Board, on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, disability, or age.
