- (1) A personal license must be renewed on or before the expiration date of the license. To renew a personal license, the licensee must forward to the board a renewal application accompanied by the renewal fee and all other requirements for licensing outlined in Chapter 832-X-1-.04. Any personal license not renewed on or before the expiration date will be subject to a late fee outlined in Chapter 832-X-1-.10. A personal license that is expired two years past its expiration date will not be eligible to renew and must submit an application for a new license and meet all current qualifications.
- (2) A certified trainer license must be renewed on or before the expiration date of the license. To renew a certified trainer license, the licensee must forward to the board a renewal application accompanied by the renewal fee and all other requirements for licensing outlined in Chapter 832-X-1-.04. Any certified trainer license not renewed on or before the expiration date will be subject to a late fee outlined in Chapter 832-X-1-.10. A certified trainer license that is expired two years past its expiration date will not be eligible to renew and must submit an application for a new license and meet all current qualifications.
- (3) A company license will expire on September 30th of each year and must be renewed prior to October 1st of that year. A company license cannot be renewed if the renewal application is not received in the office prior to October 31 of that year and must submit a new company license to the Board and meet all current requirements. To renew a company license, the company must forward to the board a renewal application accompanied by the renewal fee and all other requirements for licensing outlined in Chapter 832-X-1-.04.
