The maximum penalty for a proven violation of any rule appearing in Chapters 80-1-13, 80-1-14 and 80-10-9, Alabama Administrative Code, not specifically addressed in those rules appearing in Chapter 80-5-1, Alabama Administrative Code, is $2,000.
