Existence of the following conditions shall require brucellosis testing of the entire swine herd:

1. (a) All herds that are revealed as a result of reactors at livestock markets, and/or
2. (b) All herds in which the State Veterinarian has reason to believe that brucellosis exists or have been exposed to brucellosis.
