The provisions of this Chapter shall not affect nor have any bearing on the following laboratories or diagnostic centers operated by and under the control of the Department of Agriculture and Industries.

1. (a) Seed Laboratory, Montgomery.
2. (b) Weights and Measures Laboratory, Montgomery.
3. (c) United States Department of Agriculture, Food Safety and Quality Service Laboratory, Dothan.
4. (d) Plant Pathology Laboratory, Montgomery.
