- (1) The applicant for licensure by reciprocity shall be at least 18 years old, be a high school graduate or have the equivalent of a high school diploma;
- (2) Be duly licensed as a respiratory therapist under the laws of another state or territory and meet reciprocity requirements set by the Board;
- (3) Provide for official written verification of a current license from another state or territory; and
- (4) Submit a completed application and required fees.
