To the extent not otherwise defined within these rules and regulations or otherwise by law, the follow definitions shall apply:

1. (a) Board. The Alabama Board of Rehabilitation Services.
2. (b) Commissioner. The Commissioner of the Department of Rehabilitation Services.
3. (c) Department. The Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services.
