OWNERSHIP CHANGE OF
APPRAISAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY
Appraisal Management Companies are required to notify the Alabama Real Estate Appraisers Board when the name of the company, ownership, business address, telephone number, or email address has changed. The Alabama Real Estate Appraisers Board must be notified within 10 days of the change. All individuals who own ten percent (10%) or more, must provide a criminal background check obtained from the Alabama Department of Public Safety/Alabama Bureau of Investigations, P.O. Box 1511, Montgomery, AL, 36102-1511.
