All public utilities and persons, as defined by Section 37-4-80(1) or Section 37-4-90(1), Code of Ala. 1975, shall file updates to all Safety Related Condition Reports each 30 days until such “Condition” has been resolved to meet the requirements of “Guidelines for States Participating in the Pipeline Safety Program, paragraph 6.3, pg. 28.
