1. (1) Upon Commission order, a gas distribution system shall suspend the gas supply to any gas pipeline system or applicable portion thereof:

   1. (a) Upon a three-hour notice when any owner or controlling entity of a non-conforming gas pipeline system has been previously cited by the Commission for such non-conformance and has subsequently failed to bring such system into compliance within thirty day.
   2. (b) Immediately, with notice as soon as practicable, whenever a Commission investigator discovers or verifies hazardous conditions existing in a pipeline system that create an immediate danger to human life or property.
