Ala. Admin. Code r. 770-X-4-.03 – Definitions

(1) Unless the context otherwise requires, in these rules:
1. (a) The term "person" or “party” includes an individual, firm, partnership, association, corporation, receiver, trustee, or group, and includes the plural as well as the singular.
2. (b) The term “Commission" means the Alabama Public Service Commission.
3. (c) The term “Commissioner” means one of the members of the Alabama Public Service Commission.
