1. (1) Law enforcement officers performing unattended vessel checks shall attach to the unattended vessel an "Unattended Vessel Check Card," which shall be neon orange in color printed on or encased in a weather resistant material, and contain the following information:

   1. (a) the Unattended Vessel Check Card serial number ("UVCC#");
   2. (b) the date of the unattended vessel check;
   3. (c) the name of the law enforcement officer who performed the check;
   4. (d) the name of the law enforcement officer's agency;
   5. (e) instructions for contacting the law enforcement officer's agency;
   6. (f) instructions for contacting ALEA; and
   7. (g) the location of the vessel.
