No transfer of a driver license shall be permitted and any person to whom a driver license has been issued as required by the provisions of Code of Ala. 1975, §32-6, who permits or allows another to use the driver license issued to him while driving a motor vehicle upon the highways of the State of Alabama or any person who presents as his own a driver license issued to another person shall be guilty of a violation of this rule and regulation for which said violator may be subjected to the penalties provided in Code of Ala. 1975, §32-6-18, and shall have their driver license suspended for a period of sixty days.
