Beginning October 1, 2016, all legal entities, as defined in Code of Ala. 1975, $34-37-1(14), engaging in the business of plumbing and/or gas fitting within the State of Alabama shall be required to register annually upon forms provided by the Board, upon first paying all prescribed fees.
