Court orders must be followed

1. (1) DHR must seek to have the order lifted or modified if it substantially inhibits attainment of the child's permanency goal or imposes requirements inconsistent with best practice. If the court refuses to modify or lift the order, the county DHR will notify the Director of the Family Services Division. If the Division concurs that the court order meets either of the criteria referenced above, the Division will take appropriate action.
