- (1) If terminations or reductions are necessary due to funding reductions, the persons most recently authorized will be the first terminated or reduced unless this is a protective service case.
(2) Homemaker Services are to be terminated:
- (a) When goals of service have been achieved;
- (b) When there is a joint decision that the family has reached a point at which Homemaker Services for Children can no longer be helpful;
- (c) When there is mutual recognition that the parents/relatives are becoming unnecessarily dependent upon the service, and are able to manage without the service, and continuation would impede independent functioning;
- (d) When, because of physical danger, contagious disease or disrespectful treatment, the homemaker's well-being is in jeopardy; or
- (e) When circumstances in the household change and another plan must be made for the care of the children.
