Child support services may be provided directly by the Department or purchased pursuant to Federal law, 45 CFR, Chapter III, Part 304, and 2 CFR, Chapter II, Part 200. Costs incurred in the operation of the program must be eligible for reimbursement under Title IV-D of the Social Security Act and other applicable Federal and State laws, regulations, and/or rules.
