The following costs may be assigned to applicants by the Board for the following activities:

1. (a) Issuance of a duplicate license
2. (b) Photocopying of any material not otherwise privileged and in the custody of the Board
3. (c) Letter of verification to other regulatory or certification boards attesting to the status of a licensee
4. (d) Other operational expenses incurred by the Board.
