- (1) Applications for late renewal of license shall be filed in accordance with the provisions of Section 34-39-13, and shall be subject to an additional late renewal fee as prescribed in Section 34-39-14.
- (2) Late renewal of licenses shall not be allowed for any license which has been expired for a period of 3 years or longer.
