1. (1) A lapsed permit may be reinstated upon submission of an electronic completed application and compliance with the following:

   1. (a) Payment of current renewal and reinstatement fees, outstanding fees, and fines.
   2. (b) Successful completion of a background check as determined by the Board.
   3. (c) If the reinstatement of a lapsed permit occurs during the renewal period for that permit type, the expiration of the permit shall be the end of the next permit period.
