- (1) There shall be the following standing committees: Education and Outreach Committee, Governance Committee, Finance Committee, and Technical Committee.
- (2) All committee members shall be appointed by the Chair.
- (3) The Chair may establish other committees from time to time for particular purposes as deemed necessary by the Board.
