The Alabama Memorial Preservation Act of 2017, Code of Ala. 1975, §§41-9-230 through 41-9-237, provides for the appointment of the Committee on Alabama Monument Protection and authorizes the committee to adopt rules as necessary to provide for the implementation of the act.
