- (1) Any employee who obtains a decal under false pretense and/or allows someone else to register his/her vehicle shall have his/her driving privileges on campus revoked for two (2) weeks.
- (2) All non-employees who violate any major moving traffic violations will be issued a standardized state traffic citation and/or subject to be arrested for trespass after warning.
- (3) Any violation deemed a threat to the life of others may carry additional penalties to be determined by the facility director.
- (4) Penalties for failure to register and/or proper display of decals will be the same as parking violation.
