- (1) The Human Rights Committee shall be appointed by, and serve at the pleasure of, the community program director.
(2) The Human Rights Committee shall be composed of a majority of individuals that are not employed by the program, and shall consist of representatives from each of the following groups:
- (a) Current and/or former consumers of services;
- (b) Family members of consumers;
- (c) Representatives of community support & Advocacy Organizations;
- (d) Local officials;
- (e) Citizens at large;
- (f) Performance Improvement/Quality Enhancement Staff (Ex-Officio).
- (3) Human Rights Committee members shall be required to sign a statement, prohibiting them from disclosing confidential information to others except in the performance of Human Rights Committee functions and duties.
