- (1) Regarding drugs returned by consumers: "No licensed pharmacist or pharmacy operating within this state shall accept for refund purpose or otherwise any unused portion of any dispensed prescription". (Act 205, Section 16)
- (2) Contact the Coordinator of Community Pharmacy Services for the procedure before returning drugs to any pharmaceutical company or prime vendor.
