1. (1) Providers, not otherwise covered by 580-1-2, may contract directly with DMH/MR forone or more of the following programs or services:

   1. (a) Inpatient
   2. (b) Outpatient/Therapy Services
   3. (c) Partial Hospitalization
   4. (d) Emergency Care
   5. (e) Community Education and Consultation
   6. (f) Diagnosis
   7. (g) Evaluation
   8. (h) Rehabilitation/Habilitation
   9. (i) PreCare
   10. (j) Residential Care/Respite Care
   11. (k) Aftercare and
   12. (l) The prevention of all forms of mental or emotional illness, including, but notlimited to, alcoholism, drug addiction, epilepsy, or mental retardation.
2. (2) The Commissioner at his/her discretion may grant an exception to 310 Boards for therequirements of planning, studies, and/or programs, or for provisions relating tosubcontracting, or for the recognition of a 310 Board when it is determined that theexception is in the best interest of the public and/or of the populations to be served.
