1. (1) The PRTFs interdisciplinary team shall be responsible for performing continued stay reviews on recipients who require continuous residential services.
2. (2) Recipients requiring continued stays in PRTFs must meet at least one of the criteria listed in 560-X-41-.09(4)(a-f).

3. (3) The plan of care shall be reviewed at least every 30 days by the interdisciplinary team to:

   1. (a) Determine that services are/were medically necessary; and
   2. (b) Recommend changes in the plan as indicated by the recipient’s overall adjustment to treatment.
