- (a) A number of loans equal to up to twenty (20%) percent of the students enrolled in the medical schools and physician assistant programs in the State of Alabama shall be awarded each year. All loans shall be contingent on the funds being available.
- (b) All full-time students enrolled in the medical schools and physician assistant programs in the State of Alabama, who are residents of the State of Alabama, shall be eligible to apply for loans.
- (c) Qualified applicants shall file an approved application form prior to any deadline declared by the Board. A copy of the application form is set forth in Appendix A.
