In addition to any other penalty authorized by Code of Ala. 1975, §34-24-302, the Board may in its discretion assess administrative fines not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for each violation of the provisions of §34-24-302, Board Rule 540-X-7-.45 or any of the Board rules concerning anesthesiologist assistants.
