Before terminating the registration of a physician assistant on any of the grounds specified in Rule 540-X-7-.32, the Board shall conduct a hearing under the provisions of the Alabama Administrative Procedure Act, §§34-22-1, et. seq., Code of Ala. 1975, and Chapter 6 of the Rules of the Board.
