The commission by a physician assistant or physician of any act, offense or condition set forth in Rule 540-X-7-.12 or Rule 540-X-7-.18 shall be grounds, within the discretion of the Board, to terminate the registration of a physician assistant to perform medical services under the supervision of a physician.
