Ala. Admin. Code r. 540-X-14-.14
It shall be the responsibility of the State Board of Medical Examiners to enforce the provisions of this Chapter by reviewing records which demonstrate compliance with the program for continuing medical education and which are maintained by physicians subject to this Chapter. This compliance review may be conducted by the Board by random or designated sample, by mail or in person, or otherwise at the discretion of the Board.
