- (1) A physician may be guilty of unprofessional conduct within the meaning of Ala. Code § 34-24-360(2) if he or she fails to comply with the requirements of Ala. Admin. Rules Chapter 540-X-10 or fails to make any mandatory report.
- (2) A physician who has been found to be not in compliance with the requirement
s of Ala. Admin. Rules Chapter 540-X-10 may have his or her license revoked, suspended, fined, or otherwise disciplined by the Medical Licensure Commission. - (3) The Board may restrict, modify, suspend, deny issuance or renewal, or revoke a physician’s registration based on a finding of non-compliance or violation of Ala. Admin. Rules Chapter 540-X-10.
