(1) Each Registered Agent, as defined by these Rules, shall be required to complete training and continuing education as follows:
- (a) A medical cannabis foundations training program as shall be provided by the Commission, to be completed within sixty (60) days of the date of the issuance of the agent registration.
- (b) No less than six (6) hours of continuing education to be completed during every full calendar year after receiving the foundations training; appropriate courses must be as provided by or preapproved by the Commission, including any specific courses that are required by the Commission.
- (2) Certificates of completion from all training and continuing education courses must be signed by the individual who has completed the course and a Human Resources Director or other person tasked with oversight of the licensee's continuing education compliance, and the same shall be kept on file for review at the time of inspection. Copies of all certificates must be maintained for at least three (3) years and must be provided electronically at any time upon the Commission's request.
