Ala. Admin. Code r. 538-X-10-.20
The expiration of State Testing Laboratories' licenses, renewal of delinquent licenses and consequences for failing to apply for renewal shall be governed by Rule 538-X-4-.12 of Chapter 4 of these Rules.
