State Testing Laboratories authorized pursuant to §20-2A-66, Code of Ala. 1975, (as amended), shall be located within Alabama and operate in accordance with the provisions of the Act and this Chapter. Except as specifically provided in this Chapter, State Testing Laboratories shall be governed by the General Rules for Licensee Applications (Chapter 3 of these Rules) and the General Rules for Licensee Conduct (Chapter 4 of these Rules).
