Administration And Enforcement Of Rules

Effective Oct 15, 2022New Rule: Published August 31, 2022; effective October 15, 2022.Alabama Medical Cannabis Commission

The Commission shall have authority to administer and enforce these Rules in accordance with §20-2A-22(b), Code of Ala. 1975, (as amended).
