The following activities are allowable under LSTA:

1. (1) The following are examples of but not limited to statewide activities administered by APLS and may include partnering with other agencies and organizations:

   1. (a) Library service education
   2. (b) Statewide licensing of electronic databases
   3. (c) Summer library program
   4. (d) Children-at-risk program
   5. (e) Collection development
   6. (f) Regional Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped
   7. (g) Technology program (including filtering technology)
   8. (h) Resource sharing (such as interlibrary loan)
   9. (i) Technical support to maintain regional and/or statewide electronic infrastructures for public libraries
   10. (j) Library awareness program
   11. (k) Program to encourage reading and literacy
   12. (l) Statewide initiatives
   13. (m) Library service programs and projects
