The State Fire Marshal hereby sets the following fees as are declared necessary for the administration and enforcement of Section 8-17-230, et seq., Code of Ala. 1975, relating to the pyrotechnic displays:
- (a) Initial Pyrotechnic Display Operator License, as specified in Section 8-17-231(b)(5). $120.00
- (b) Biennial renewal of Pyrotechnic Display Operator License, as specified in Section 8-17-231(c)(5). $120.00
- (c) Initial Pyrotechnic Special Effects Operator License, as specified in Section 8-17-232(a)(5). $120.00
- (d) Biennial renewal of Pyrotechnic Special Effects Operator License, as specified in Section 8-17-232(b)(5). $120.00
- (e) Reciprocal Pyrotechnic Display Operator License, as specified in Section 8-17-233(b)(5), and biennial renewal as specified in Section 8-17-233(d). $120.00
- (f) Reciprocal Pyrotechnic Special Effects Operator License, as specified in Section 8-17-233(c)(5), and biennial renewal as specified in Section 8-17-233(d). $120.00
- (g) Initial Pyrotechnic Display Operator License for a Certified Lead Technician, as specified in Section 8-17-236(b)(5). $120.00
- (h) Initial Pyrotechnic Special Effects Operator License for a Certified Lead Technician, as specified in Section 8-17-236(c)(5). $120.00
