The State Fire Marshal hereby sets the following fees as are declared necessary for the administration and enforcement of Section 36-19-2.1, Code of Ala. 1975, relating to the manufacture of destructive devices:

1. (a) Initial application for permit.                   $360.00
2. (b) Annual renewal of permit.                         $240.00
