- (1) Except as specifically provided in paragraph (2), the 2015 edition of the International Fuel Gas Code®, as promulgated by the International Code Council®, is adopted by reference as a regulation of the State Fire Marshal.
- (2) The following portions of the 2015 edition of the International Fuel Gas Code® are not adopted: In Part 2 of Chapter 1, all sections dealing with “Administration and Enforcement.”
