- (1) This chapter is adopted pursuant to subsection (b) of Section 27-5B-19, Code of Ala. 1975, as amended in Alabama Act No. 2021-235.
- (2) If any provision of this chapter is held invalid, the remainder shall not be affected.
- (3) This chapter shall become effective January 1, 2022, and shall pertain to all Covered Policies in force as of and after that date.
