The Commissioner of Insurance hereby sets the following fees as declared necessary for the administration and enforcement of Chapter 33 of Title 8, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to processing the registration and maintaining records of persons filing registration as vehicle protection product warrantor:

1. (a) Initial registration.                             $250.00
2. (b) Annual renewal of registration.                   $250.00
