- (1) Electronic copies of rating manuals are freely available through the Web site maintained by Department of Insurance.
- (2) The price for providing an electronic copy of a particular insurer’s rating manual by Department of Insurance staff is $10.00.
- (3) In the event the electronic copy of a rating manual cannot be provided as an attachment to an electronic mail message, there shall be an additional charge of $5.00 to cover the cost of providing a compact disk and copying the electronic file to the compact disk.
