Prosecution
Effective: 9/30/82. This rule is intended to implement Code of Ala. 1975, §25-4-145.Alabama Department of Workforce (formerly Alabama Department of Labor)
(1) If prosecution is warranted, supportive documentation and all evidence will be thoroughly reviewed by the Director.
(2) A summary of the case will be prepared and the case taken to the appropriate district attorney for filing of criminal charges.
