1. (1) Safety Valves

   1. (a) All compressed air receivers, cylinders or other vessels used in or around open pits or quarries shall be protected by safety or relief valves to insure safe operation.
   2. (b) Safety or relief valves shall be tested once each operating day.

2. (2) Drain Valve

   1. (a) All compressed air receivers, tanks, etc., shall be equipped with a drain valve.
   2. (b) Drain valves shall be operated at least once each operating day.
