The Board shall be charged with the responsibility of:
- (a) Investigating the needs of citizens who have survived traumatic brain injury or spinal cord injury;
- (b) Identifying the gaps in services to the citizens;
- (c) Establishing priorities and criteria for disbursement of monies in the Impaired Drivers Trust Fund; and
- (d) Assuring maximum benefit from the Fund.
