Any Application disapproved by the Commission, disapproved by the Committee or if the Application cannot receive an allocation due to the $200,000,000 cap, they shall be removed from the review process. A disapproved Application may be resubmitted, but shall be deemed to be a new submission and charged a new Application fee by the Commission.
