This regulation is promulgated by the State Health Officer and approved by the State Board of Health pursuant to Code of Ala. 1975 ,§16-30-5 and is made applicable to children in child care centers/homes under the authority of Code of Ala. 1975, §38-7-1, et seq. and Alabama Administrative Code, Chapters 660-5-25 and 660-5-26 and 660-5-27.
